Early Cancellation Window
Clients may request full project cancellation within 3 business days of order confirmation, provided that no development work has commenced and no resources have been allocated to the project.
This cooling-off period ensures you have adequate time to review project specifications and terms before work begins.
Cancellation Process
Submit Request
Email your cancellation request to office@illuminatorglobal.com with your project details and reason for cancellation.
Review & Assessment
Our team will review your request and assess any work completed or resources allocated within 24 hours.
Confirmation
You'll receive written confirmation of cancellation status and any applicable charges or refunds.
Post-Commencement Cancellations
Once development work has begun or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests may be subject to charges for:
- • Work completed and delivered
- • Resources allocated and time invested
- • Third-party costs incurred (licenses, tools, etc.)
- • Administrative processing fees
Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- • Cancellations within 3-day window
- • Service not delivered as specified
- • Significant delays beyond agreed timelines (60+ days)
- • Technical impossibility determined during discovery
Not Eligible for Refund
- • Completed and delivered projects
- • Change of mind after work commencement
- • Client-caused project delays
- • Services rendered in full according to agreement
Refund Processing
Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days.
Request Submission
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@illuminatorglobal.com with detailed justification and supporting documentation.
Partial Refunds
In cases where work has partially commenced, refunds will be calculated based on work not yet completed, minus any applicable processing fees.
